Breaking News: Body found

The body of a woman was found in an abandoned house at 1971 N. Lafayette St. a little after 5 p.m. Sunday, according to the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office. Investigators were still at the scene late Sunday night. A Crime Scene Investigation van was parked outside the house, a two-story house with an overgrown yard. Most of the yard was roped off with crime scene tape. Investigators were in the house late Sunday. No further details were available.
