Wreck: Man Trapped in Car for about 20 minutes

One man was placed onto a stretcher and taken by ambulance after the car he was driving struck a fence and power line pole on College Avenue. Emergency responders needed about 20 minutes to free the man from his white Mustang GT following the wreck, which happened around 7:20 a.m. outside the Victoria-Stephen Gift Shop. The car's windshield was shattered and debris littered the area nearby as police directed traffic. Boiling Springs Police, Boiling Springs Fire Department and Cleveland County EMS were among those at the scene.
