A Transportation Administration of Cleveland County van filled with passengers collided with a Chevrolet four-door truck on N.C. 18 near Wallace Grove Road, causing eight injuries - at least one of which is critical. According to two eyewitnesses on the scene, the truck swerved into the path of the TACC van, hitting it head-on.
