Carpenter Decorating General Manager Phil Champion arrived at the business he runs at 4 a.m. to find the building on fire. "When I got here at 4 a.m., it was burning in the dust collector system," Champion said. The system collects wood chipping dust, Champion said, and doesn't run during the night. It was shut off at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Champion said.

Operation Fall Harvest leads to arrests in KM
Sgt. Lisa Proctor said the eight, arrested as part of Operation Fall Harvest, were facing more than 41 charges combined.
